How to return a product?

To return or change the item (s)

• Contact us by e-mail info@rideon.lt and indicate your order ID and the reason for the return.

• Get email confirmation, that can you return the item. Please note that the item must reach us within 14 days after you get it.

•  If you received the confirmation (Pending Goods), put the item (s) in the package and send it back to the following address: MB Motiro, Avižonio g. 6, Tauragė, LT-72192, +37060201815. If you've received an email  that the return has been canceled, you cant return the item.

• Send the item (s) via  Post (we recommend that postal charges are not refunded). We also recommend send with a registered mail to see the shipping way, because we are not responsible for lost shipments. Alsol, send us the parcel code by e-mail info@rideon.lt or on the facebook account: Rideon.lt

•  We will refund money or change item in 10 work days after we get package.

Refund conditions

•  The return item must be in original and undamaged package. If the package is damaged, the money for the item will not be refunded or the item will be changed.

•  Item must be not damaged.

•  The product must not have lost its appearance.

•  Return the goods within 14 days after purchase.

What goods cannot the buyer demand to replace or refund for them if the buyer does not like their shape, color, or completeness? The retail rules exclude a list of items where the buyer's request to replace a quality unreliable item with an analogous one or to refund the money paid for it can only be satisfied with the seller's consent to purchase the following items:

• machinery and mechanical appliances;

• electrical machinery and equipment, sound recorders and reproducers, and television image and sound recorders and reproducers;

• land vehicles;

• Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, checking, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus.

1. Return goods takes place in accordance with the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange" (29 June 2001). You can return the item or change it in another color or size within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item.
